My Aunt Marion passed away on March 4, 2007. I flew to Calgary for her Memorial Service which was held at the Unitarian Church of Calgary on March 31, 2007.

The name of the church hall where her Memorial Service was held is “Panabaker Hall”. This is just a hint of the contribution Marion and her husband Harold (who passed away in 1977) had in the Church Community. As a result of her work in the Church, she was awarded the Governor General’s Award for Caring Canadians in 2002.
